Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full before services are rendered or products shipped.

  • Bark ‘n Buff accepts payments via approved gateways.

Booking & Deposit Policy (Grooming Services)

  • All grooming appointments require a non-refundable R100 deposit to secure your spot.

  • The deposit is forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Customers are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without losing the deposit.

Refunds & Returns

  • Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or the wrong item was sent. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items may be refunded at the discounted price.

  • Grooming Services: If you are not satisfied with the results of your pet’s grooming, please contact us within 24 hours. We will provide a full refund or arrange a re-grooming session.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Shipping & Delivery (Products Only)

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery is 2–5 business days within South Africa via trusted couriers.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Bark ‘n Buff is not liable for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

  • Bark ‘n Buff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.

  • While we take care to provide safe and high-quality grooming services, you acknowledge that pets may react differently, and results may vary.
