Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing:

Grooming Services

Health & Safety

  • Pets must be in good health to receive grooming services. If your pet shows signs of illness, we may need to reschedule for safety reasons.

  • Bark ‘n Buff reserves the right to refuse service if the pet poses a risk to staff or other animals.

Arrival & Pick-Up

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service can be completed.

  • Pets must be brought and picked up at the scheduled times. Delays may affect the service quality and duration.
