REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Bark & Buff, we want you—and your furry friends—to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it if:
It arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete
You received the wrong item
It is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition
❌ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Used items or items with visible wear
Items returned without original packaging
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable (e.g., pet grooming wipes, lick mats)
Grooming Services
We take pride in our grooming services. If you are not satisfied with the results of your pet’s grooming, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will provide a full refund for the service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds for items bought during sales or promotions may be calculated at the discounted rate
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at thebarknbuff@gmail.com
with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service (e.g., The Courier Guy, PostNet) to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include:
Your full name and order number
A photo of the product and packaging
A short description of the issue
We’ll resolve it quickly—either by replacement or refund.
