Cancellation Policy

At Bark ‘n Buff, we value your time and your pet’s well-being. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please take note of our cancellation policies for both grooming services and product orders:

Grooming Appointments

  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable R100 deposit is required to secure your grooming appointment. This deposit is forfeited in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Cancellation Notice: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will forfeit the R100 deposit.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Product Orders

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Processed or Shipped Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled; our standard returns policy will apply.

  • Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
